so, in a prior post, I mentioned that I was going to start attending “church”. And by that I mean going to the Gym every Sunday and Wednesday.
Yesturday was Wednesday… And I surprised myself…now I didn’t exercise for a full 30 minutes but it was 20 minutes. On the treadmill. Granted it was just walking but still! I’m so close to that I can taste it. I didn’t want to get off of the silly thing!
I bought a backpack and filled it with copper coated b-b pellets of the weight I’ve lost and a little more. So far the bag has exactly 14.4 pounds. When I go walking sunday, I plan to take it with me 🙂 Wish me luck!
